Services described on the Site are offered subject to a separate written agreement, proposal or invoice, which sets out scope, deliverables, timeline and price. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer on its own.
Where we agree to provide services:
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, projects require payment in advance or according to the milestone schedule stated in the proposal. Work may be paused where invoices remain unpaid. Fees for completed work are non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law or expressly agreed.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content, offers, contact lists and messaging you ask us to implement. This includes obtaining valid consent for the contacts you market to, and complying with applicable messaging, privacy and advertising regulations in your jurisdiction — including A2P 10DLC requirements, anti-spam law and data protection law.
We build systems designed to improve lead capture, follow-up and conversion. We do not guarantee any specific level of leads, revenue, ranking or return on investment. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your offer, market, pricing, ad spend and sales execution. See our Disclaimer for more detail.
The Site links to third-party websites and platforms, and our services are built on third-party software, principally GoHighLevel. We are not responsible for the availability, pricing, functionality, terms or policies of those platforms. Changes made by a third-party provider may affect systems we have built, and additional work to adapt may be chargeable.

The Site and its content are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GHL Nexa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss — including lost profits, lost data, lost revenue or business interruption — arising from your use of the Site or our services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify GHL Nexa against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or content and instructions you supply to us that infringe the rights of a third party or breach applicable law.
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public business information disclosed by the other during an engagement, and to use it only for the purpose of delivering or receiving the services.
We may suspend or withdraw access to the Site at any time without notice. Either party may terminate an active engagement in writing; you remain responsible for fees for work completed up to the termination date.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use of the Site after that constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GHL Nexa is established. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise.
